The Municipality of Ilion organizes the fifth Jazz at the park” at Anthony Tritsis Park, on September 2, 2016 at 21:00 — free entrance – The «jazz in the park,” has been established as a meeting point for all friends of jazz. Greek and international performers take part every year making it as the most representative festival of its kind.
Jazz on Tinos 2016 will be held on August 26, 27, 28 August featuring accomplished musicians from Greece, Germany and Italy. Cultural Fondation of Tinos. 21:30 – Entrance free.

Rhodes Jazz Festival 2016 – This international jazz festival is growing to be a unique 2 day event at St. Paul’s Gate, inside the medieval Castle of Rhodes. Artistic director Dimitri Vassilakis is presenting for the 2nd year running young and talented Greek jazz musicians, many of them from the island of Rhodes, together with more established names of the Greek and international scene, for an exciting new jazz festival in an amazing location. This 2nd Rhodes Jazz Festival is organized by Rhodes Municipal Organization of Culture and Sports, and the South Aegean Region-Department of Culture.
Sani Festival 2016 from July 8 to August 13. Just before Sani Festival 2016 begins, the artistic director of the festival, Olga Tabouris-Babalis, describes the event and presents this year’s programme. Jazz on the Hill this year will be dedicated to virtuoso pianists: Michael Wollny, Yaron Herman and Hiromi.
Melitzazz 2016 – on July 6-10 – Melitzazz festival is a colorful, multi-national gathering of cultures, in the capital of Tsakonia, Leonidio. Invited artists and chefs convey the atmosphere of their places, contributing to the celebration with music, dance, culture and tastes. Scattered events take place in the streets, at squares and in the chateaus of the picturesque traditional village of Leonidio, numerous open stages are set up throughout the city of Leonidio, the streets are transformed into open air bars and street food goes to a new dimension, where music and dances tangle with scents and flavors of local and international gastronomy.
