The famous producer and audio engineer Dario Dendi in Athens for a masterclass!
On Friday the 16th of March, SAE Athens presents, for the 1st time in Greece, the international well known producer and audio engineer, Dario Dendi, in a masterclass on music production.
Dario Dendi, a SAE alumni himself, has worked in the past 15 years with highly acclaimed artists such as Placebo, Killers, Franz Ferdinand, Coldplay and Stereophonics. At the same time, he has been working with very famous producers, including John Leckie, Hugh Padgham, Flood, Alan Moulder, Cathy Dennis and Steve Osborne.
Dario Dendi is also known for his contribution in education of music production. During 2012 he will be touring in European SAE Institutes (Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Paris, etc, including Athens) in order to share with SAE students and music lovers some of his secrets in music production.
During the masterclass, Dario will be focusing on his latest work for the band Placebo, with their single "Trigger Happy Hands", a very successful production done by him. He will talk about the production process and his personal approach, explaining some of the recording and mixing techniques, including an insight in the multi-tracks of this great production. Furthermore he will talk about some of his other projects, revealing some useful tips 'n tricks.
The masterclass will be in English and will take place twice the same day: 16:00 - 18:00 & 19:00 - 21:00
